Bukari Babia Abdulai holds a Master of Philosophy (Basic Education) from University of Education, Winneba, Master of Education (Teacher Education) and Bachelor of Education (Primary Education) from University of Cape Coast. Bukari had his Basic Education at Gwollu in the Sissala West Region of Ghana and Secondary Education at Kanton Secondary School where he obtained his S.C/G.C.E.

He is a member of the Education Department in Tumu College of Education and a Senior Course Tutor in the College of Distance Education, University of Cape Coast. He teaches Foundation of Education in Ghana and School Administration and Management.

Bukari is the Local Chairperson and Zonal Secretary of the Colleges on Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG) and also a member of the Governing Counsel of Tumu College of Education representing the Convocation on the Council.

Research Interests: Teacher continuous professional development and women participation in politics.
